Welcome to AuditAI, provided by KLEVOR LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions
  • “Service” — The AuditAI platform, including the web application, APIs, analysis tools, and related systems
  • “User” — Any individual or entity registered to use the Service
  • “Client Data” — Business or financial details users enter about their clients
  • “Documents” — Files uploaded for analysis (e.g., lease agreements, financial documents)
  • “Analytical Output” — Results, insights, and structured data generated from document processing
  • “Account Data” — Information required to create and maintain user accounts
2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be legally able to enter into contracts
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Not use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion.

3. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate identity information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any suspected account breach

We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

4. What You Can Upload and How It Is Used

Users may upload:

  • Lease agreements
  • Financial documents
  • Supporting evidence and relevant attachments
  • Data about their own business clients

By uploading content, you confirm that:

  • You have the rights or permission to process the information
  • The content is lawful and non-infringing
  • The content does not violate third-party rights

We do not own your documents or client data. We only process them to provide the Service.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any data, documents, or information submitted to the Service comply with all applicable data protection, confidentiality, and privacy laws, and do not infringe the rights of any third party.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to submit such data for processing.

5. Use of AI and Automated Processing

AuditAI uses automated tools, including AI models, to:

  • Extract relevant data from uploaded documents
  • Classify lease details and produce structured outputs
  • Generate financial and accounting calculations

You acknowledge that:

  • AI analysis may not always be 100% accurate
  • Outputs should be reviewed before decision-making
  • We are not liable for decisions made solely based on AI results

AI-generated outputs may not be complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific use case and may require professional judgment and interpretation.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying all analytical outputs generated by the Service before relying on them.

The Service must not be used as the sole basis for professional, regulatory, or commercial decision-making.

6. Permitted Use of the Service

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass platform security
  • Scrape, copy, or reuse system processes or algorithms
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
  • Use the Service to compete with KLEVOR LTD
  • Introduce malware or damage the platform
  • Share your access credentials with others

Misuse may result in immediate account suspension.

7. System Availability & Maintenance

We use cloud infrastructure (including AWS services) to provide encrypted file storage, high-availability authentication, and secure compute environments.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, or provider downtime may occur.

8. Data Categories We Process

We process generic categories of data including:

  • Account & Identity Data
  • Client Business Information
  • Uploaded Documents
  • Financial Inputs
  • Analytical Output Data
  • Technical Logs

9. Pricing, Usage Limits & Payment

If applicable:

  • Pricing and billing terms are available within the platform
  • Over-usage may require upgrading your plan
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice
10. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of:

  • The AuditAI platform
  • Software code, user interface, and design
  • Processing models (excluding third-party AI models)
  • Documentation and training materials

You retain ownership of:

  • Uploaded documents
  • Client data
  • Analysis results relating to your content

You grant us a licence to process necessary content solely to deliver the Service.

Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying models, algorithms, system architecture, or structure of any part of the platform.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Misuse the platform
  • Compromise system security
  • Fail to pay applicable fees

Upon termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.

12. Liability & Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided “as is”
  • We do not guarantee accuracy of AI outputs
  • We are not responsible for business decisions based on analysis
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months (if applicable)

Nothing provided by the Service constitutes legal, financial, accounting, auditing, or other professional advice.

You should obtain independent professional advice before relying on any output for statutory, compliance, regulatory, or audit purposes.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers such as:

  • AWS (hosting, authentication, storage)
  • OpenAI API (document text analysis)

Your use of the Service means you accept that your data may be processed by these providers under strict contractual and security controls.

14. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may update features, Terms of Service, or the Privacy Policy. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (England & Wales). Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
