processes lease data, client information, and user authentication data.

We also generate derived data, such as:

Data entered to support financial calculations, such as:

  • Key dates (payment, reporting, year-start)
  • Lease assumptions (rent-free periods, incentives, timing)

This includes:

  • System-generated lease analysis
  • AI-derived insights and extracted financial terms

This data is displayed back to users as part of the service.

  • AWS (hosting, authentication, document storage)
  • OpenAI (for text analysis — only extracted content, not full documents unless required)

We do not sell personal data.

Data may transit globally due to cloud processing.
We implement IDTA for protection where required.
