Ravi Neupane
Co-Founder & CEO

Ravi is a former UK audit professional with over a decade of experience in large and mid-tier audit firms and senior finance roles in industry. He trained and progressed within UK audit firms, leading engagements under FRS 102 and IFRS and working closely with audit partners on complex, judgement-heavy areas.

AuditAI was founded out of Ravi’s direct experience of how time-intensive, model-driven areas such as leases place pressure on audit teams, review cycles, and engagement economics. His focus is ensuring AuditAI reflects how audits are actually delivered in practice — improving consistency, documentation quality, and reviewer confidence without changing professional judgement or methodology.

Deval is a PhD in Computer Science with deep experience building AI-driven SaaS platforms across early-stage and fast-growing startups. His background spans AI/ML, distributed systems, and secure cloud architectures, shaped by work in high-stakes, regulated domains such as finance and audits. He focuses on turning complex technical ideas into practical systems that deliver measurable business value.

As a founder and engineering leader, Deval is hands-on, outcome-driven, and execution-focused. He has led teams through zero-to-one product development, fundraising, and early scaling, working closely with product, design, GTM, and compliance functions. His vision is to build lean, high-trust engineering cultures that move fast, ship reliably, and create durable, long-term platforms.
